Duties & Responsibilities

The Zoning Official is designated by the Town Manager and charged with the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of general code administration, comprehensive planning, subdivision regulation, zoning regulation, takings, vested rights, and due process, all as set forth in the Land Development Code.
