Activities:

- Town
staff met with developer representing Walgreens
to discuss issues regarding proposed development.
- Attended progress meeting with Project
Engineer and Contractor to discuss Oak Street Pedway
Corrective Action Plan Project.
- Attended overview by Florida Department of
Environmental Protection and St. Johns River Water Management District
of total maximum daily loads developed for the Indian River Lagoon.
- Attended Parks Board meeting.
- Met with owner of Melbroune
Beach Chevron Station to discuss options for proceeding with the proposed
site redevelopment.
- Discussed proposed settlement with the
original contractor of the Oak Street Pedway
Project. Conceptual agreement is expected for presentation to the Town
Commission on September 19, 2007.
