For the week of:		August 6 - August 10, 2007
Activities:	Attended Parks Board meeting (canceled due to lack of quorum). Met with applicant and legal counsel for Sand on the Beach restaurant. Attended Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Actions taken include: Discussed regulations for docks and accessory buildings on waterfront lots. 2. Revised the proposal ordinance adding bed and breakfast establishments as a special exception use in the 8-B Residential Business Zoning District (Revised ordinance to be considered at the September 10, 2007 Planning and Zoning meeting.) 3. Tabled the Ocean Avenue Redevelopment Ordinance to allow for additional research by Town Attorney. 4. Discussed revisions to the proposed Breezeway Ordinance. A revised ordinance will be drafted for discussion at the September 10, 2007 Planning and Zoning meeting.
