Activities:	Attended pre-construction meeting for implementation of Oak Street Pedway Corrective Action Plan with Contractor, Project Engineer, St. Johns River Water Management District (absent), Brevard County Utilities and City of Melbourne Water Department (absent). Attended meeting for residents with property adjacent to work areas of the Oak Street Pedway Corrective Action Plan Project. Construction activities are scheduled to begin Monday, July 16^th and conclude December, 2007. Initial activities will start at the intersection of First Avenue & Oak Street. Reviewed departmental budget requests for the development of the FY 2008 budget. Budget to be transmitted to Town Commission the week of July 23^rd, with presentation to the Town Commission the week of July 30^th. Public Works staff completed repairs to Avenue A dune crossover damaged by vehicle. Claim filed with owner seeking reimbursement of costs.
