- Scheduled
pre-construction meeting for the implementation of the Oak Street Pedway
Corrective Action Plan for Tuesday, July 10, 2007.
- Scheduled meeting for Town residents to
receive information and ask questions related to the Oak Street Pedway
Correction Action Plan Project for Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 6:30 P.M.
in the Community Center. Notices sent to individual property owners
adjacent to construction activity.
- Conducted hurricane preparedness and response
meeting with Staff.
- Met with County Commissioner Voltz to discuss
transient rentals.
- Attended interview for position of Town
Attorney.
- Public works staff mowed Oak Street
right-of-way.
- Met with C&D Construction, Inc. to
discuss possible resolution of Oak Street Pedway Project.
- Participated in conference call with Florida
Department of Community Affairs to discuss scope of services related to
FEMA grant for stormwater improvements to Sixth and Harland Avenues.
- Delayed lowering of Ryckman House until week
of July 16th in order to modify support columns.
- Attended Board of Adjustment meeting. Actions
taken include the following items:
Continued Special Exception
application for Sand on the Beach until the
August 23, 2007 Board of Adjustment
meeting to provide time for applicant
to meet
with Town Staff to resolve outstanding issues.
Scheduled request for changes to
conditions related to the Special
Exception for Burrito Beach for
Wednesday, July 25, 2007 Board of
Adjustment Special Call meeting.
