RE: Weekly Report – April 30-4, 2007

• Finalized preparations for Founders Day.

• Attended meeting with Brevard County & Town/City Managers to discuss property tax reform measures and responses.

• Confirmed schedule for raising Ryckman House for week of May 7^th.

• Finalized bid documents for Oak Street Pedway Corrective Action Plan Improvement Project.

• Public Works worked to correct problem with Ryckman Park irrigation system. Problems with the system appear to result from the well used as the irrigation source. Waiting for evaluation by well company to determine if repairs can be made or a new deep-well is necessary.
