RE:       Weekly Report – April 9-13, 2007

 

  • Attended electrical restoration priority meeting conducted by FPL at Rockledge Emergency Operations Center.

 

  • Met with representatives of Jones Edmunds to discuss past stormwater system improvements and stormwater system issues known by Town staff for Stormwater Master Plan Update.

 

  • Attended Civil Service Board meeting to review Police Chief applications. From this meeting, fourteen (14) applicants were selected for further consideration in the selection process.

 

  • Town staff attended meeting of the Citizen of the Year and Junior Citizen of the Year Selection Committees.

 

  • Attended Town Hall meeting to discuss Town’s stormwater management program. This meeting served as the kickoff meeting for the update of the Stormwater Master Plan and provided Town residents an opportunity to express their thoughts and concerns related to this issue. 10 individuals were in attendance.

 

  • Attended “scoping” meeting for Indialantic as required by their Evaluation and Appraisal Report process.
