A workshop of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida was called to order by 
Mayor Wille at 6:35 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2001 in the Commission Room at Town Hall.

Vice Mayor Smith
Commissioner Crispen
Commissioner Guglietta
Commissioner Walters

Interim Town Manager Masny

INTERVIEW APPLICANTS FOR THE TOWN MANAGER POSITION
6:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.  KERRY L. WILLIS
The Town Commission introduced themselves to Kerry L. Willis and Ms. Willis introduced herself to the Town 
Commission and briefly discussed her background and reasons for applying for the Town Manager position.  
The Town Commission interviewed Kerry L. Willis for the position of Town Manager from 6:35 p.m. until 
7:58 p.m.

8:00 P.M. – 9:30 P.M.  TERRY LEARY

The Town Commission introduced themselves to Terry Leary and Ms. Leary introduced herself to the Town 
Commission and briefly discussed her background and reasons for applying for the Town Manager position.  
The Town Commission interviewed Terry Leary for the position of Town Manager from 8:07 until 9:20 p.m.

The Town Commission discussed the three (3) applicants they have interviewed for the Town Manager position 
as of this date.

The workshop ended at 9:45 p.m.
