A workshop of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida was called
to order by Mayor Wille at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2002 in the Commission Room
at Town Hall.

A. CONSENSUS OF TRAVEL FUNDS - WILLIAMS BUILDING AD HOC COMMITTEE
Sheryl Alberga, Chairman of the Williams Building Committee returned to the Commission with information
as requested at the January 16, 2002 Town Commission meeting. Ms. Alberga requested $180 plus $21 per
diem for three members of the Committee for travel, lodging and meals to attend a meeting to address their
grant-in-aid before the Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources and Historical Museums
in Tallahassee. It was the consensus of the Town Commission to approve these travel funds and this consensus
would be formalized at the next regular Town Commission meeting.
B. REVIEW DRAFT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR TOWN COMMISSION
A compilation of Town Commission Policies and Procedures from the City of Satellite Beach and the Town of
Indialantic, a Resolution format by Vice Mayor Smith and a draft by Town Attorney Gougelman had been distributed
to the Town Commission. An item by item discussion took place with consensus of what was to be included in the
future Policies and Procedures for the Town Commission to be approved at a regular Town Commission meeting.
The workshop of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida adjourned at 10:25 p.m.
