A special meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida was called
to order by Mayor Wille at 9:16 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2002 in the Commission Room
at Town Hall.

I. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING TOWN MANAGER POSITION
Mayor Wille asked what the direction of the Town Commission is following the workshop discussion. It is the
consensus of the Town Commission that it is not the intent of the Town Commission to proceed with hiring an
Interim Town Manager at this time and that the Town go through the process of hiring a Town Manager as
resumes are being accepted for the Town Manager position through February 11, 2002.
Interim Town Manager Masny was requested to inform Mr. Hoskovec of this decision and advise him that the
Town Commission wants to request a second interview with him, along with other Town Manager applicants.
II. ADJOURNMENT
COMMISSIONER GUGLIETTA MOVED, SECOND COMMISSIONER CRISPEN TO ADJOURN.
VOTE: ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
The special meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
