A special meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida was called
to order by Mayor Wille at 8:32 p.m. on Monday, January 21, 2002 in the Commission Room
at Town Hall. Mayor Wille also led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

I. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING TOWN MANAGER POSITION
Mayor Wille stated that after discussion at a workshop just ended regarding the applicants for the
Town Manager position, the Town Commission is unable to decide on any of the applicants and is
pursuing other avenues. Mayor Wille stated that no action would be taken on this agenda item.
II. ADJOURNMENT
COMMISSIONER GUGLIETTA MOVED, SECOND VICE MAYOR SMITH TO ADJOURN.
VOTE: ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
The special meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
