A special meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida was called
to order by Mayor Wille at 11:12 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2002 in the Commission Room
at Town Hall.

I. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION CONCERNING TOWN MANAGER POSITION
COMMISSIONER CRISPEN MOVED, SECOND VICE MAYOR SMITH THAT THE TOWN COMMISSION
ADJOURN THIS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE TO DISCUSS TOWN MANAGER APPLICANTS
ON MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2002 AT 7:00 P.M. IN A WORKSHOP SESSION FOLLOWED BY A SPECIAL
MEETING.
VOTE: ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
II. AJOURNMENT
COMMISSIONER GUGLIETTA MOVED, SECOND COMMISSIONER WALTERS TO ADJOURN.
VOTE: ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
The special meeting of the Town Commisison of the Town of Melbourne Beach, Florida adjourned at 11:15 p.m.
